Le Gourmet Bistro, 209 Commerce in Tomball, has a “wonderful wine list with some very good selections by the glass as well,” say Diane and Larry McDonough. “The rack of lamb is wonderful, tender and tasty. The osso bucco is full of flavor and the short ribs of beef are excellent with rich flavor, fall-off-the-bone meat served with orzo. The crab cake appetizer is very good, as is the escargot.”
