First, you don’t know me, but I had the pleasure of dining at Laidback Manor, pretty sure we even conversed towards the end of the meal. I mourned it’s closing and it’s a strike on my fellow houstonians that it didn’t attract more clientele.
I found out about tenacity from Anonymous Eater and missed the first supper, and was watching for the next one. Darn it! I’m out of town in Chicago. My consolation – I have reservations at TRU the same night. I’ll be thinking of this dinner though…

im going to try and host at least three supper clubs a month so you got plenty of time! enjoy tru and dont think too much about us here in houston while your eating tim’s food! have a great time and tell the windy city i said hello…
