came across the new summer menu & spotted it under his cleaver “chef’s playground” menu. i know chris has always offered items off menu and i don’t think i have ever personally seen a menu (although i do get a box of malden salt & a full bottle of aged sherry vinegar when i sit down) there but this will give chris & his staff the ability to be even more creative with all the fantastic local product he gets!!!
