paco torreblanca


just to shed a bit of light on the rest of the culinary world, mr paco torrebalanca…  he is considered the pierre herme of spain!  that is a huge compliment and like i have always said, “the spanish have it all figured out…”

the man, the myth, the bean in the burrito, the cheese on the nacho….well, you get it.  he’s the finest!!!

we “houston” will have this in less than 8 months..

    this aint pacos tacos folks…got tricks up your sleeve again “laidback”?
    hey man check out Feast on monday night for some free rustic food.
    One of the chefs, james, used to work for fergus henderson.
    i went by today and hipped them to some local thoroughfare, contacts, etc…
    there should be an OFFAL lot of good GUTS from them.

  3. ah guy? you, more than anyone, know that chefs dont need to move here for houston to enjoy these confections…
