cole vs morimoto

another fine texas chef has had the opportunity to showcase their ability on iron chef america.  now we all have opinions of the food network program and most of them are true, but i really enjoyed tonight’s battle.  ginger huh?  tuff ingreident but they both did some serious work with it.  tyson’s staff is one of the best in texas and this is a victory for the lone star state and i assure you if you were to ask tyson how he feels about his loss, he would say “losing to morimoto is no loss at all”!

outstanding work tyson!  for more on tyson and his restaurant check this out…

also, one of the judges tonight was the infamous “chez pim” – she’s been food blogging for a very long time!!!

the battle was awesome and tyson was an honorable and formidable opponent…but morimoto has had few more years sharpening his katana!
