casting out a line…

i have been wanting to do this for sometime now.  i got the idea from jj ages ago when he was at the tasting room but unfortunately neither of us has really tried to expedite it.  he had the idea of a “chef’s round-table” for local chefs and cooks (even the wine & cocktail guys might enjoy it) to gather and discuss techniques, food culture, sourcing & other topics that may need to be discussed.  we could form a co-op so to speak, it would easier for all of us to source out manni olive oil ( together rather each chef of trying to make purchase it one their own.  a discussion or open forum for topics to rattle seafood sources off of each other and an easier way to introduce local artisans to new individuals.

keepin ya connected…
