tailor nyc & onnetworks.com

i stumbled on this website, www.onnetworks.com while i was checking out sam mason’s tailor (nyc) restaurant (www.tailornyc.com).  he has posted new menus and the balance between the kitchen and bar are incredible. tailor’s mixoligist, eban freeman, is super impressive! his ability to adapt the same mentality of the kitchen using seasonal ingredients to inspire him is absolutely inspiring!. i don’t know him personally, but i am confident when i say, he’s allows his product to drive his elixirs – you can see all menus on the website (salty, sweet & cocktails) with great pictures!!!

anyway, www.onnetworks.comhas different programs on various topics like food, music & pop culture. sam mason  hosts a show called “dinner with the band” that well…features him cooking with different bands. but i was happy to see the program,”food science”…………………………….it beats reading all these books i have!!!!!!!!!

About greensandbeans

this blog focuses on the trials & tribulations of the culinary evolution and explorations in the kitchen. it is also an open forum to discuss food ideas, techniques & most of all to expose the "happenings" and discoveries that are occurring in our very own backyard. "feedin my dreams by eatin greens & beans"... cheers, randy rucker
