While we didn’t come from as far away as Peru, we did make the trek in from the geographical center of Texas as a participant in wine and food week. Our gelato artisan served up muscat melon sorbetto, syrah, pear, blue cheese gelato ice crea sandwiches, honey vanilla and chocolate cabernet gelato using sines from Brennan Vineyards (Comanche), cheese from Veldhuizen Cheese (Dublin) and eggs from Newman Farms (May). We’d like to invite you all out this way for a long weekend or perhaps the fourth of July WOW wine tour There is a great B & B out by the lake, Star of Texas

The Turtle Restaurant owners are member of Our chef is former Houstonite, Morgan Robinson. Check us out!
