terrine of game birds, caramelized miso, crispy skin(s) & tiny blue basil

warm abalone, soft egg, bacon crumble & flowering herbs

garden squash & onions, fresh thyme, shaved tongue & rye gnocchi

composition of cheese via houston dairymaids

sesame financier, roasted banana puree & yuzu curd

    This place is really cool and off the beaten path. My group is waiting for a Sunday or Monday. I am certain that our restaurant friends would be excited about that too.
