roasted pork belly, preserved ramps, spanish white anchovy & warm octopus escabeche

caledonia prawn, pork knuckle, pacific sea snails & carolina gold

 

compressed pork shoulder, smoked scallop, cippolini & crab apples  

porchetta of suckling pig, fig mostarda, roasted trumpet royale mushroom & long pepper

as you can see the food isn’t the only trace of talent at the supper club
