it feels fantastic to be included in an article that showcases some of the cities best kitchens and cooks.  in short a conversation this evening with another cook about the amount of people in town whom are making thier own bacon & hams makes me proud of current push of talent in the bayou city…

About greensandbeans

this blog focuses on the trials & tribulations of the culinary evolution and explorations in the kitchen. it is also an open forum to discuss food ideas, techniques & most of all to expose the "happenings" and discoveries that are occurring in our very own backyard. "feedin my dreams by eatin greens & beans"... cheers, randy rucker

There is a good reason you are in that article…. you are one of our best chefs. We are looking forward to more culinary fun from your creative mind on Saturday.
