spot prawns…this is the way we stored them (layered in ice & kombu) after a failed attempt to keep them alive with a make shift tank.  back to the drawing boards…


we were also blessed with some gnarly roe sacks…

vermilion snapper roe & sperm sacks – gotta love mr pj stoops – these were cured and dried before being used in a “marsala” application for misha…
